In Korea 2019, we came across a dessert called “Croffle”.
Instantly, we knew it could captivate the taste buds, so we decided to introduce Croffle to New Zealand for the first time.
Since it was a completely unfamiliar treat at the time, people’s reactions were initially lukewarm.
After extensive research and effort, we successfully operated a business at night markets and later had the opportunity to host a pop-up in Auckland's City Center.
This journey has eventually led to the opening of our current location in Chancery, Auckland CBD.
